Dr. Joseph graduated Cum Laude from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem, NY where she received the Platinum TOUCH Award for Community Service. She is ABEM dual-board certified in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services. She completed her Emergency Medicine training at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ and went on to complete EMS and Disaster Medicine Fellowship at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ. She is the Founder and President of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of EMS Physicians and has served as Clerkship Director of the New Jersey EMS Fellowship. Her interests include education, pre-hospital research, and critical care resuscitation.
