• Dr. Blitstein received his Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology and Cognitive Science, With Honors, from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI. He graduated Cum Laude from State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical School, Brooklyn, NY. He completed a residency in Urology at SUNY Downstate Medical School, Brooklyn, NY and a fellowship in Laparoscopy, Robotics and Endourology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY.

    Dr. Blitstein is the author or coauthor of articles, abstracts, and presentations concerning a wide range of topics in urology. His articles are published in prestigious, peer-reviewed scientific journals such as Journal of Urology, Journal of Pelvic Medicine and Surgery, and Journal of Endourology. Dr. Blitstein is a recipient of seven honors and awards, including the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Outstanding Clinical Performance Award. During his residency, he was a Gerald P. Murphy Scholar.
