Dr. Greco was born and raised on Long Island. He studied at Bucknell University in Pennsylvania before attending medical school at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn. Dr. Greco then returned to Long Island and the same hospital he was born in, Northwell - Northshore University Hospital, to begin his emergency medicine residency. He stayed at Northshore for an additional year to complete an emergency medicine ultrasound fellowship. After fellowship, Dr. Greco became clinical and academic core faculty at NY-Presbyterian Queens, ultimately taking over that department's emergency ultrasound division and fellowship. He achieved ABEM's Focused Practice Designation in Advanced Emergency Ultrasonography in 2022. Dr. Greco has a strong interest in point-of-care ultrasound and medical education. When outside the hospital his interests include ice hockey, attending live concerts and sporting events, and most importantly spending time with family.
