I. Robert Grossman, MD, joined The Cancer Center at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in 2005. He specializes in hematologic malignancies including leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma as well as benign blood disorders. He also cares for patients with a wide range of general oncologic diseases including breast, gastrointestinal, and lung cancers.
He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Chicago and received his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine, followed by his fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York.
Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology, Dr. Grossman has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the Patients’ Choice Award and Most Compassionate Doctor Award by the American Registry, and has been voted Top Doctor in NJ Monthly numerous times.
