Dr. Franke is originally from Connecticut graduating from Quinnipiac University before becoming a proud alumni of Ross University School of Medicine. He completed residency at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center where he was part of their second ever graduating class and a chief resident. He recently completed an EMS, Disaster, and Tactical Medicine fellowship at Newark Beth Israel in Newark, NJ. He has traveled throughout the country and slowly trying to travel throughout the world. He has a passion for all parts of emergency medicine, including healthy policy, alternative payment models, disaster management and mass casualty preparedness , community paramedicine, resident education, mentorship and palliative care. An active member of ACEP, AAEM, NAEMSP serving on multiple committees to improve health care in any facet we can.
