    Dr. Daniel J Martingano is a clinical OB/GYN, researcher and informaticist currently practicing in Queens, NY and Elizabeth, NJ. Dr. Martingano completed his residency at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, his PhD in biomedical informatics at Rutgers University school of health professions, his MBA at St. Joseph’s University’s Haub School of Business, and a fellowship in neuromuscular medicine and OMM at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital. He presently has several roles bridging clinical and academic capacities as a physician-scientist in obstetrics & gynecology. He serves as the OB/GYN clerkship director, associate professor of OB/GYN and associate residency program director in the department of OB/GYN at the St. John’s Episcopal Hospital-South Shore program, which includes St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Queens, NY, and RWJBarnabas/Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth, NJ. Dr. Martingano is additionally the chair of the OB/GYN and assistant professor of mathematics department at William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine. In addition to these clinical responsibilities, Dr. Martingano is involved with these institution’s scholarly activity and research, and presently has over 70 citations for his present work. Dr. Martingano remains passionate about serving those in underserved, underrepresented areas and emphasizing the importance of osteopathic philosophy and practice in all aspects of his professional career be it clinical, academic, or computational.
