Arpit N. Amin, MD is an Assistant Professor of Surgery for the Division of Liver Transplantation and Hepatobiliary Surgery at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He graduated from the State University of New York - Upstate Medical University in 2010. He completed his General Surgery residency training at New York Medical College - Westchester Medical Center in 2015. He completed his fellowship training in Multi-organ Abdominal Transplant Surgery and Hepatobiliary Surgery at the University of California - Los Angeles in 2019. He further completed advanced fellowship training in cadaveric split and living donor liver transplantation, pediatric liver transplantation, pediatric kidney transplantation and pediatric/adult intestinal transplantation at the University of Pittsburgh and Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh in 2020.
