Smoking Cessation
If you have used tobacco within the last year, during your medical center stay you will receive a customized plan to help you quit smoking. This plan will target the needs of you, as an individual, by offering counseling, tips for behavior modification and providing clinical treatment, such as nicotine replacement, prescription medications, etc.
It also might be helpful to participate in group or individual therapy outside of the medical center to help reinforce this plan.
