The DAISY (Diseases Attacking the Immune System) Award is an ongoing recognition program that honors and celebrates the skillful, compassionate care Community Medical Center nurses provide every day.

Each DAISY Award Honoree will be recognized at a ceremony and will receive a beautiful certificate, a DAISY Award pin, and a hand-carved stone sculpture entitled A Healer’s Touch. Click here to learn more about the DAISY Foundation.

How To Nominate An Extraordinary Nurse

All patients and their families and visitors, along with Community Medical Center nurses, physicians, volunteers, and employees are welcome to nominate a Community Medical Center nurse for the DAISY Award. To share your story of the extraordinary compassion and care provided by a Community Medical Center nurse to our patients, please email CMCDAISYAwards@rwjbh.org.
