Our New Garage Is Now Open!

As of Monday, March 3, 2025, Community Medical Center has opened their brand new parking garage, offering complimentary parking for visitors, patients and physicians.

Dedicated Parking for Outpatient Oncology Services

The first floor is reserved for Outpatient Oncology parking.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking spaces are available on the third level, with two elevators providing access to and from the hospital from the parking garage’s Ground Floor. These spaces are reserved for those with an accessible parking placard or marked license plate.

All other floors are available for all visitors and patients.

Parking in the garage is complimentary! Please remember to validate your parking ticket.

Free Patient/Visitor Parking

A new temporary Patient/Visitor Lot is located on the hospital campus at 77 Route 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755.

The lot is accessible from Route 37 or Hospital Drive only.

Free Visitor Parking Lot Shuttle Service

For your convenience, a free shuttle bus will stop at the lot and both Main and Outpatient Entrances. The bus will be available seven days a week, 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
