WAVE Program
Delivering Preventive Health Services to Seniors in the Community
The WAVE program (Wellness Assessment Van for Elders) brings Medicare’s
no-cost Annual Wellness Visit to senior groups and residences, community
organizations and municipalities throughout our area.
Clara Maass Medical Center’s expert physicians and staff make it easy to receive this valuable preventive health service. To bring WAVE to your community group, please contact the WAVE program staff at 973-450-2573.
Se habla Espanol. WAVE has staff who speak both Spanish and English to help all area seniors receive an informative Medicare Annual Wellness Visit.
