Center for Discovery, Innovation and Development Internship Opportunity
Internship Position
The Center for Discovery, Innovation, and Development (CDID) mentors and trains interns who are interested in contributing to positive disruptive changes for individuals with special needs. Interns will gain valuable skills and have the opportunity to make contributions that directly impact the lives of children with special needs and their families.
CDID is currently seeking interns who are interested in contributing to
our work related to social impact and community investment initiatives,
particularly with collecting metrics for new and existing programs. Key
projects around social determinants of health include but are not limited
to food insecurity and workforce readiness programs for children/adolescents
with special needs.
Eligibility for this position includes:

An interest in enhancing the lives of individuals with special needs (individuals with special needs are encouraged to apply!)

Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional relationship with others

Ability to multitask and pick up new skills quickly

Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program

Comfort with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

This position is based out of Millburn, NJ with the potential of some occasional local travel

This is an unpaid position (credit hours can be arranged)
For the Fall internship, please apply no later than July 1st
