RWJBarnabas Health is Seeking an OBGYN Vice Chair in Northern, NJ

RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking an experienced, board certified physician for the position of OBGYN Research and Education Vice Chair at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, located in Newark, NJ. This is a great opportunity for an experienced physician looking to take the next step in their career and help contribute to the vision for the future of the OBGYN department. The Vice Chair will practice within the department and oversee clinical activities while also providing leadership and administrative support. This position is located in a diverse inner-city only 30 minutes outside of NYC offering a close proximity to suburban New Jersey communities, skyline views of NYC, and delicious multicultural restaurants!

Preferred Candidates Will Have:

  • Board Certification in OBGYN
  • NJ license or eligible for licensure
  • At least 7 years of clinical and research experience
  • Commitment to academic excellence, including interest or prior experience in resident and medical student education and clinical research
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong clinical background and keen understanding of how to drive and maintain clinical quality standards
