This is an advocacy group that provides information and support for individuals and families who choose an oral mode of communication. It hosts statewide and national conferences and advocates for individuals with hearing loss.

Hearing Loss Association of America

This association provides assistance and resources for people with hearing loss and their families to learn how to adjust to living with hearing loss. The cochlear implant section has online community sharing the parental experiences of taking care of children with cochlear implants.
