Ingredients

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • ¼ cup sliced strawberries (if using frozen, thaw)
  • 1 small banana, sliced (if using frozen, thaw)
  • 1 Tablespoon sunflower butter, crunchy or smooth
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Directions

  1. Heat pan on medium heat.
  2. Lay tortilla flat on a cutting board or large plate. Use a knife or kitchen scissor to cut a straight line from bottom edge to center of the tortilla.
  3. Spread sunflower butter all over the bottom left quarter of the tortilla.
  4. Working clockwise from that quarter, spread chia seeds on the quarter above the sunflower butter.
  5. Lay strawberries on the next quarter (top right).
  6. Lay sliced bananas on the last empty quarter (bottom right) and mash slightly with a fork.
  7. To fold: starting with the sunflower butter quarter, fold over on top of the chia seeds. Then, fold over the strawberries. Lastly, fold over the banana.
  8. Heat wrap until bottom is golden (~4 minutes), then flip and heat another 4 minutes.
