Role Reflects Commitment to State-of-the-Art Healthcare Services and Exceptional Patient Experience
Belleville, NJ, June 26, 2024 – Clara Maass Medical Center, an RWJBarnabas Health facility, has appointed Jordan A. Solop, MBA, FACHE as Chief Operating Officer for Clara Maass Medical Center effective immediately. In this role, Mr. Solop will be responsible for operational leadership, direction and vision to specific areas of Clara Maass with system-wide strategic initiatives.

A seasoned healthcare executive, Mr. Solop has a proven track record of success, most recently serving as Vice President, Hospital Operations, Clinical Services at NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn. Prior to his role at NYU Langone, Mr. Solop held several healthcare leadership positions, including Director of Business Development at CarePoint Health and Administrator for Medical Operations at the Cleveland Clinic in Florida.
Mr. Solop holds an MBA in International Business from University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt.
