Hamilton Township, NJ, July 08, 2024 – Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton (RWJUH Hamilton), an RWJBarnabas Health facility, today announced the appointment of William F. DiStanislao as Vice President of Operations. In this role, William will serve as a key member of our Senior Leadership Team and will be responsible for operational leadership, direction and vision to specific areas of RWJUH Hamilton with system-wide initiatives. William brings more than 20 years of leadership and operations experience.

William, of Island Heights, NJ, previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Bon Secours Charity Health System in New York, where he implemented innovative, patient-centered care models to improve clinical services, outcomes, and patient safety, and also oversaw service line growth. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Operations and Site Executive for Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge, NJ, and as Interim President, Chief Hospital Executive, and Vice President of Operations for both Raritan Bay Medical Center hospitals in Old Bridge and Perth Amboy, NJ.
William received his Masters of Science in Clinical and Health Service Research at Dartmouth Medical School, Hanover, NH, and his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Marist College, Poughkeepsie, NY. He is currently completing his Doctorate in Business Administration at Walden University in Baltimore, MD.
