Community Medical Center (CMC), an RWJBarnabas Health facility, is proud to announce Jessica Ruzow, MBA has joined the hospital as their Assistant Vice President for Business Development. In this role, she will focus on key hospital service lines, working with medical staff members to grow their clinical footprint and develop new partnerships in the community.
Jessica spent time at Mount Sinai Health System and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center before completing her administrative fellowship training with Yale New Haven Health. After her fellowship, she joined the leadership team at Greenwich Hospital, Yale New Haven Health, serving as their Director of Strategy and Operations and then Executive Director, Strategic Planning and Ambulatory Services. In these roles, she participated in driving high-priority growth initiatives and managing services across several ambulatory sites. Most recently, Jessica was an Associate Principal at Whitecap Health Advisors.
A native of Long Beach, New York, Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy from Cornell University and her MBA in Healthcare Administration from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
