2023 List Recognizes Debra Lienhardt & Dr. Mary Abed

West Orange, NJ, September 15, 2023 – Two RWJBarnabas Health leaders, Debra Lienhardt and Dr. Mary Abed, MD, FACC, were recognized by NJBIZ as Best 50 Women in Business. This 2023 list recognizes outstanding women who have made a significant impact on New Jersey business and the community at large.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer, Ms. Lienhardt drives the business development growth of RWJBarnabas Health. She has been the catalyst for numerous valuable partnerships and additions that expand the organization’s reach, increasing patients’ access to care.

Dr. Abed is the Chief of Cardiology at Jersey City Medical Center and Cardiologist at RWJBarnabas Health Medical Group. She specializes in diagnosing, monitoring, and treating diseases or conditions of the heart, blood vessels, and cardiovascular system. Dr. Abed also practices preventative medicine, helping patients maintain a heart-healthy life, and has been serving the Hudson County, New Jersey community for over 30 years.
