Lakewood, NJ - Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus (MMCSC) received a grant from the OceanFirst Foundation, Toms River to support the hospital’s Post-Covid Rehabilitation Program. The funds will help to connect underinsured and uninsured patients with a dedicated bilingual navigator who will guide them through the health care system and ensure they receive the care that they need. The focus of the Post-Covid Recovery Program is to address and treat the lingering symptoms that patients often struggle with after recovering from COVID-19.
