Ingredients
- 12 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
- 1, 8 oz can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 1 medium orange, chopped
- ½cup maple syrup
- ½ cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon minced ginger
- Grated orange zest (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large bowl; toss to combine. Refrigerate, covered, overnight to blend. If desired, serve with fresh grated orange zest.
