Chocolate Avocado Dip
This heart healthy dip is perfectly paired with strawberries!
2 ripe avocados
4 tablespoons organic gluten free raw cacao powder
¼ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup water
Scoop out flesh of avocado, combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until completely smooth. Add more maple syrup if needed for sweetness. Place in an airtight container and in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving. Serve with strawberries or your favorite dipper!
