Ambulatory Surgery Center
As a hospital-based ambulatory surgery center, there is immediate access to the complete services of Trinitas Regional Medical Center. The Thomas and Yoshiko Hackett Ambulatory Surgery Center is a 9,500 square-foot facility dedicated to same-day outpatient surgeries. This spacious and modern $5.2 million facility is fully integrated into the existing operating room services at Trinitas.
Our top-of-the-line equipment includes a recovery area with three bays, a pre-op area, and a step-down area to complete the center's facilities. We have created 3 brand-new operating rooms featuring the latest equipment, allowing us to host the performance of just about any type of outpatient surgery a patient may need. Our multi-million dollar investment in this new center will enable us in areas like oral and dental surgery, orthopedic surgery, urological surgery, plastic surgery, general surgery, podiatric surgery, and ENT surgery, among others.
With each type of ambulatory surgery case, the goal is that the patient has a successful outcome, and the patient does not need admission to the hospital afterward.
About Us
At Trinitas Regional Medical Center's Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), we strive to provide the finest patient care. While our main operating room suite stands ready for patients who need more complex types of surgery, the ASC enables our team to expedite the process of allowing outpatient surgeries while reducing the demand for larger operating rooms. We are able to reserve those, then, for procedures that involve more time, and/or more equipment, than outpatient surgeries.
For your loved ones who may be having surgery at the ASC, you can rely on our team of medical professionals to make their experience as smooth and problem-free as possible. Our staff will answer your questions, provide information, and be there for patients, friends, and family who are on-hand to help and support the patient.
