Pulmonary Rehabilitation
The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program at Community Medical Center is designed to help people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), including emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma, cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis and other breathing problems, maintain and improve the quality of their lives.
Through early intervention and individually planned and designed education, therapy, exercise, motivation and lifestyle-adjustment programs, you can once again take control of your daily activities and lives.
Long-term studies have shown that patients who participate in pulmonary rehabilitation programs are more self-reliant and require less medication and fewer doctor’s visits or hospitalizations.
