Maple Glazed Salmon Recipe
This maple glazed salmon is a simple, healthy, and delicious, gluten-free recipe!
To start, you need 1lb salmon, which you can cut into 4 pieces. Then, you can move on to making your marinade, choosing your topping, and picking your side dish!
Marinade:
- ¼ cup coconut aminos (gluten free soy sauce can be used)
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder or 1 inch piece fresh grated ginger
Topping:
- Everything but the bagel seasoning, or toasted sesame seeds.
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine marinade ingredients and whisk together. Place the salmon and marinade in a resealable bag and marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove marinated salmon leaving excess marinade behind.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of salmon. Salmon should reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Top salmon with seasoning.
This recipe pairs great with a roasted butternut squash, arugula salad, or quinoa salad.
