Watermelon Mint Salad
Ingredients
6 cups cubed watermelon
¼ cup chopped mint
½ cup feta crumbles
2 limes juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
Place watermelon, mint and feta in a bowl, set aside. Combine lime juice, olive oil and salt and whisk, pour over salad. Serve chilled.
