This event is designed to help Athletic Trainers stay AHEAD of the game and learn the latest on Non-Traditional Sports Injuries, Training Methods, and Rehabilitation Technique with our Expert Panel of Speakers.

Core Topics will include:

A focus on Injury Response, Rehabilitative and Training Methods will include:

  • Foot and Core Stabilization through barefoot training
  • Intrinsic foot muscle awakening and strengthening
  • Identifying mental health needs in athletes
  • Emergent care, acute response, and stabilizing Injuries from the sideline
  • Treatment approach and intervention to non-traditional sports injuries
  • Correlation of poor training dynamics with injury response

  • Defining proper body mechanics and treatment for barefoot training and stabilization
  • Recommending approaches for treatment intervention and rehabilitation of non-traditional sports injuries
