Dr. Mark Ramzy is an emergency medicine physician and intensivist, with over 18 years of EMS experience. He practices both critical care and emergency medicine. Dr. Ramzy began his Emergency Medicine Residency at Hahnemann Hospital / Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, he, and then relocated to Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York to finish his residency training. Afterwards, Dr. Ramzy completed two simultaneous fellowships in critical care medicine and point-of-care ultrasonography at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He is currently an author and regular contributor for REBEL EM, critical care content editor for emDOCs and author for the EP Monthly newsletter. Dr. Ramzy is passionate about medical education through presentation redesign, social media and utilizes his graphic design skills to convey lessons and knowledge through medical infographics.
