Monoclonal Antibody Therapy and COVID Testing
Visitor restrictions are being implemented at all hospitals and health facilities.
Due to very limited supply across the nation, stringent restrictions have been implemented for monoclonal antibody therapy for COVID-19. At this time, the criteria for recipients is now restricted to individuals who are 65 years of age or older OR are immunocompromised and have cancer or have recently received an organ transplant.
Additionally, for those who are seeking COVID testing: Please be advised that RWJBarnabas Health facilities are not primary testing centers for COVID-19.
If you are in need of a COVID-19 test and do not need a medical screening exam or to be seen by a practitioner, please visit the New Jersey COVID-19 Test Site Finder for a testing location near you.
Our Emergency Departments are here to care for you and your family should you experience symptoms that warrant immediate medical attention.
The best defense against COVID-19 is full vaccination including a booster dose when appropriate, wearing a mask, frequent hand washing and social distancing.
We remain committed to the highest level of care for all of our patients and their families.
Thank you for your understanding as we take these necessary steps to keep our patients, team members and communities safe.
