Cathy Alexander is the Vice President of Vice President, Financial Analytics at Corporate Services and oversees all facilities in the RWJBH organization. In her role, she is member of the corporate Senior Leadership Team and oversees all functions related to staffing for nursing and ancillary departments, utilization of agency workforce, productivity for all variable cost centers and resource allocation of the corporate RN float pool.

Mrs. Alexander joined the Barnabas system in 1998 and worked in various accounting roles before transitioning into a leadership role as Director of Nursing Finance at Kimball Medical Center in 2007. She immersed herself into the clinical world to truly understand the role of the clinicians and the impact of acuity on clinicians to work towards investments in improved staffing. She is an advocate for the nursing and continuously strives to enhance staffing for the betterment of our clinicians and the patients we serve.
