The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Critical Care Fellowship program at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH) is a 12-month paid post-graduate APP program.
In 2019, RWJUH's APP Critical Care Fellowship became accredited with distinction as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation in Practice Transition Programs.
Educating board-certified, highly qualified, graduate acute care Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) in the APP role, our program incorporates a rigorous and structured curriculum and support system. Our program initiatives facilitate a smoother transition for our APP fellows as they make the transition from novice to competent provider.
