Should you meet all the job qualifications, you may be invited to complete a Talent Acquisition & Innovation interview. This interview could take the form of a phone call, live video, on-site or digital, on-demand interview.

Departmental Interview(s)
Once you complete your Talent Acquisition & Innovation interview, you may be invited to move to the next stage of the recruitment process. This will be a live video or onsite interview with the hiring manager and could include other department stakeholders. Depending on the role, there may be multiple rounds of interviews in either a one-to-one or panel style format.

Offer
If you are offered a position, it will come as a verbal offer of employment from the Talent Acquisition & Innovation team, followed by a formal offer letter for signature.

Welcome and Onboarding
Congratulations on your new role! The Talent Acquisition & Innovation team will relay further details regarding your start date, onboarding and orientation. At this time you will be introduced to your dedicated Candidate Experience Navigator who will support you through your entire onboarding process - from time of offer through your first 90 days. Navigators ensure all new hires complete the pre-employment onboarding or transfer process timely and are set up for success in their new role.
