Prostate Cancer Screening Appointment Request

Men should speak to their health care provider to discuss the pros and cons of prostate cancer screening starting at age 45. If you are African American or have a father or brother who had prostate cancer before age 65, you should talk to your health care provider about screening beginning at age 40. Prostate cancer screening tests may include a digital rectal exam (DRE) or prostate specific antigen (PSA) blood test.

By completing our form now or calling us at (888) 724-7123, we can assist you in finding a doctor to discuss the options for prostate cancer screenings.
